The official opening of the forum is scheduled for October 18th from 18:00 in the conference room of the "Romance" Hotel and starts with a concert of orthodox and classical works performed by the octet "Joan of Damaskin" - Stara Zagora. A visit to the monastery "St. St. Konstantin and Helena" is planned after the closing session on October 19th. - Entertainment, sporting or leisure events are organised in connection with the event – hospitality provided (directly or indirectly) to HCP must be limited to participation in registration fees, travel expenses, meals, overnight stay; hospitality shall not include sponsoring or organising of sporting or leisure events or other entertainment events.
